RIGHTS & REMEDIES
We are dedicated to delivering a quality product to all our customers. All of our products are warranted for up to five (5) years from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
 
If we determine that the product has a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge to you. The decision to repair or replace is solely at the discretion of Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd.
 
A repair may mean you will send your purchase item to our factory personally or courier for repair or replace.  The decision to repair or replace is solely at the discretion of Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd. Due to some parts being discontinued and/or unavailable, replacement parts and product may be subject to minor variations when compared to the faulty part.
 
 
Question: What do you require for warranty?
Answer:
It is our requirement that all warranty claims are accompanied by a proof of purchase (sales receipt) to allow verification of the date of purchase. Where proof of purchase is not provided, Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for parts replaced/repaired. A return freight charge may apply.
Please retain your Proof of Purchase.
Only the original owner is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must have purchased the product from Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd.
 
 
Question: What is not covered under warranty?
Answer:
Warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: 
(i) improper maintenance or modification;
(ii) parts or supplies not provided by Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd; 
(iii) operation outside the product’s specifications; or 
(iv) unauthorized modification or misuse
(v) general wear and tear (such as light bulb, glue board and etc)
 
If Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any product which is covered by Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd warranty, Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd shall either repair or replace the product, at Kumpulan Angkat’s option.
The warranty is ‘return to base’ and not a free on-site service. This means the customer is responsible for any inwards freight charge to return product to Kumpulan Angkat (M) Sdn Bhd for warranty or service.
 
 
Question: What if product is outside of warranty terms?
Answer:
If your product is outside warranty period or if the fault is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will happily repair your product where possible for a reasonable charge.

Answer: 

Yes, we able to provide installation with reasonable charges base on location and duration job.

 

Question: What is your installation coverage?

Answer: 

Our in-house technician can cater job within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

Answer:
